Chonor House was built with stones and slate from the surrounding hills, overlooking the Kangra valley.

Pine and cedar trees dominate the garden and dining area at the back of the building.

Chonor House is conveniently located near the Thekchen Chöling Temple adjacent to His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s residence.

Each of our eleven well-appointed rooms are beautifully decorated according to a unique Tibetan theme, with a variety of murals.
