Experience Canada's diversity in this 13 night fly drive which will take you from the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver, through the spectacular Rocky Mountains and on to the beautiful city of Calgary.
Day 1 – Fly from the UK to Vancouver, where you'll spend your first three nights at the Pacific Fairmont Hotel in Coal Harbour.
Days 2 to 3 – Enjoy the attractions of Vancouver at your leisure. Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, Granville Island and Robson Street are all worth a visit.
Day 4 – Spend the day aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train and take in the spectacular views of the Canadian Rockies as the train winds its way towards Kamloops, your base for the evening.
Day 5 – The second day of your rail journey takes you through scenic valleys and on to Jasper, where you'll collect your rental car.
Day 6 to 7 – Explore the laid-back mountain village of Jasper, famous for its hiking trails and rich wildlife. Take a boat trip on the stunning Maligne Lake, and take a tram to the top of Whistler's Mountain to experience the spectacular 360 ° views of the Rocky Mountains.
Day 8 to 9 – Drive along the Icefields Parkway as you make your way to Lake Louise. Watch out for Athabasca Falls and ride the huge glacier at Columbia Icefield en route. Once checked in to your hotel, take advantage of the hiking and kayaking to explore this stunning setting.
Day 10 to 11 – A short drive to the small town of Banff, where you'll stay for two nights. Discover the Cave and Basin National Historic Site, and enjoy the best views of Bow Valley with a gondola ride.
Day 12 to 13 – Continue your journey to Calgary, your final destination. Here you'll have no shortage of things to do, from the Aero Space Museum to Calgary Zoo, and Glenbow Museum to the Olympic Park.
Day 14 – Drop off your rental car at the airport, before checking in for your flight home.
