"Dear Nick and Jane, I have had to finally admit that the holiday is over! Biras (British Virgin Isles) was fantastic and it is completely secluded from anywhere else and is therefore as peaceful as anyone could wish for. It is large enough to house everything one could ever want and yet small enough to be easily navigable on the bikes provided. The layout of the resort is wonderful - on one side the open sea provides an amazing view and backdrop for the rooms and balconies; deep bay and the beach are beautifully secluded, the water perfectly calm for swimming and snorkelling yet just enough wind is allowed in for a refreshing breeze to cool sunbathers & allow for the various waterspout activities. There is so much to do around the resort, whether just relaxing by the pool, on the beach, cycling around, snorkelling, tennis. The resort is well known for the food and here they really excelled, the menus which change daily are varied enough for anybody. Not a bad wine-list either! Michael and Lou, who run the place are always on hand to help with anything and they really set the atmosphere of the place as being very relaxed and friendly.  The rooms are lovely - personally we think it well worth asking for a sea-front room and the outdoor showers are a great idea. I am really struggling to come up with anything to criticize the place. It is a long way to go and the journey is a bit of a hassle but still definitely well worth it.  The diving was excellent. We did several dives through the week with Dive BVI who were brilliant. Everything about the holiday was fantastic. Thank you once again for your help. Not sure what we plan to do for holidays for the rest of the year but we will be in touch. Toby & Zoe 2003"
