The Puente
Romano is superbly located on the Golden Mile between the centre of
Marbella and Puerto Banus. This excellent hotel sits in some 10acres
of lush sub-tropical gardens which slope gently down to the sea. Want
to relax or keep fit ? - well you can do both with the aid of the
hotel's three swimming pools, their own tennis club and their
state-of-the-art Fitness Centre, which also boasts saunas and a superb
Turkish bath. The Golfer is also spoilt for choice with almost 30
courses within easy reach - the hotels own course (guests only) is
20mins away.
Accommodation: Guest rooms are in a
collection of 26 buildings throughout the grounds, on ground, first or second
floors (no lifts). The majority of the very spacious rooms have been refurbished
(these are superior category) to a very high standard and offer
air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and satellite TV with
video channel. Suites are even more spacious some with a separate sitting room
and are in standard and superior categories.
