Denis Island
Situated 25min by Air from Mahe, at the edge of the Seychelles Bank where the seabed plunges 2,000mt to the ocean floor, Denis is one of the Seychelles' few privately owned coral islands open for overseas visitors. Bird Island
The most northerly outpost of the Seychelles, the tiny coral island of Bird is the escapist hideaway par excellence - though only 30mins flight from Mahe. Gloriously isolated from the everyday and ringed by turquoise waters and glittering pink-sand beaches, it is also renowned for its fishing, snorkelling and prolific bird life. Between May & October, the island attracts millions of "Sooty Terns" coming to nest

Alphonse Island
300 miles south of the main Seychelles island of Mahe lies the remote coral island of Alphonse, once just a lonely mid-ocean coconut plantation. With the opening of the Alphonse Island Resort, this idyllic Indian Ocean outpost offers magical retreat for 'adventure wrapped in Luxury'.

Fregate Island

One of the most prestigious island addresses of the Seychelles, 'Fregate Island Private' (15mins by air from Mahe) is the ultimate luxury hideaway. Deroches Island

In a setting of superb powder-soft beaches and waving palm trees, it lies on the edge of a coral rim that drops deep into the ocean and is rich in corals and marine life. Small wonder that Desroches is famed for its big-game fishing (especially marlin and dog-tooth tuna) and excellent scuba-diving (for beginners and experts) and snorkelling.
