Nisbet Plantation - Nevis

It was on Nevis that the daughter of Willliam Nisbet married Lord Nelson. Today the Nisbet family’s historic sugar plantation house (dating back to 1778) is a romantic little beachfront hotel of great charm and distinction, with an appealing ‘old world’ country house ambience. Stylishly appointed (the many attractive features include antique English furnishings), it enjoys a quiet setting amid a 30-acre estate and coconut plantation edging a long white-sand beach.
